Secunderabad Fire: A number of fire tenders are present at the area and efforts are on to snuff the fires.

A minimum of 11 persons were killed in a substantial fire that broke out at a scrap godown in Telangana’s Secunderabad in the wee hrs of Wednesday.

Numerous fire engines exist at the area and also initiatives are on to douse the fires.

Police stated that 12 migrant workers from Bihar were entraped in the godown, located in a congested location of Secunderabad’s Bhoiguda when the fire erupted. While one worker left the fire by jumping from the initial floor of the two-storey building, 11 employees lost their lives

It is presumed that the fire was triggered by a brief circuit in the godown. The matter is being explored, officials added,

Plans are being made to send out the last remains of employees killed in the fire to Bihar, authorities told NDTV.
