With two decades of experience, my journey has been driven by a commitment to making a lasting impact in various domains and projects. As a seasoned leader, accomplished bestselling author, master facilitator of Points of You methodology, franchise owner, and co-creator of the “Speak Up concept,” my innovative thinking and problem-solving skills have affected organizations worldwide.

Brankya replied, “My goals encompass a multifaceted approach. Firstly, I aim to further establish Meaningful Synergies as a prominent player in holistic business consulting, training, and events, by impacting more businesses and people.
This involves expanding our reach globally and continuing to provide innovative solutions for personal and professional development and instilling lifelong-learning mindset. Additionally, I aspire to contribute significantly to the fields of women’s empowerment and children rights, leveraging my expertise to make meaningful advancements in these areas.
On a personal level, my commitment extends to mentoring and inspiring leadership through roles such as the Country Chair for the G100 initiative for Corporate Governance, Global Women Development Network, Community Development Foundation and more. I am dedicated to making a difference, one step at the time.”

The Worlds Times: What do you feel is the biggest strength of “MEANINGFULSYNERGIES” right now?
Brankya replied, “One thing I learned through experience and BNI University, is that the “Your network is your net worth.” Our strong team of associates, partners, supporters and long-term clients is the biggest strength we could wish for. When we build healthy culture of dialogue and relationships, our resourcefulness steadily grows.”
The Worlds Times: What was the path you took to get to where you are today?
Brankya replied, “The Road less traveled… My journey has been characterized by a combination of education, hard failures, diverse professional experiences, and a commitment to continuous learning. At times it felt very lonely, and I think my stubbornness helped me to persevere and overcome many harsh realities of the world. I have invested thousands of hours in delivering essential skills training, especially in multicultural environments, leaving no stone unturned in my pursuit of excellence. My diverse roles, from the boardrooms as the Secretary of the Board of the Cyprus Integrity Forum (CIF) to international collaborations as several Boards Advisor, have contributed to shaping the multifaceted professional I am today.”

Brankya replied, “I fell in love with an innovation project, and I needed a company. In essence, the creation of “MEANINGFULSYNERGIES” was inspired by a deep-rooted desire to make a lasting impact, offer innovative and transformative solutions, and contribute to the continuous development of individuals and organizations in a dynamic and ever-evolving business landscape. Driven by a genuine commitment to social responsibility, our initiatives extend beyond business-centric goals. Through our holistic approach, we aim to create a ripple effect that positively impacts both the business world and the communities we serve.”

The Worlds Times: What have been the biggest challenges you’ve had to overcome during the journey of your leadership?
Brankya replied, “Establishing and fostering the growth of Meaningful Synergies, with no starting capital, in the competitive landscape of holistic business posed significant challenge. The undertaking involved building a reputation for excellence and also cultivating trust and strategically expanding our global footprint. This required tremendous patience and practicing empathy and compassion. The commitment to mentor startups and young entrepreneurs brought its own set of challenges and obstacles. Striking a delicate balance between the varied needs and expectations of mentees while providing meaningful guidance required a leadership approach that was both structured and flexible. The biggest challenge though, I must admit, was to integrate family time in my ambitious career plans.”

Upholding integrity as the cornerstone of success has guided my decision-making and actions, ensuring a principled approach in navigating complex situations. There was a time when I had to choose between a paycheck and uncertain entrepreneurial income, where I felt my voice was being diminished, skills undervalued and my integrity has been challenged by organization values that became mere words on the corporate wall. What helped me make a decision was an affirmation: “Go where you’re celebrated, not where you’re tolerated.”
The Worlds Times: How do you see “MEANINGFULSYNERGIES” changing in two years, and how do you see yourself creating that change?
Brankya replied, “I must admit I am somewhat superstitious person…with my upbringing couldn’t have it otherwise, so instead of just telling about it, I invite you to look me up in two years and see where MEANINGFULSYNERGIES has made the most impact. Creating change happens by doing not saying…”
