Early leads reveal the BJP is in advance in Uttarakhand, while the Congress appears to be inching better in the hill state. As at 9:33 am, the early leads provided BJP 36 seats as well as Congress 19. The Aam Aadmi Event, or AAP, and Bahujan Samaj Celebration got one each in the state where the assembly has 70 seats.
