Ensuring Unmatched Reliability

The Worlds Times: How does Datatime ensure the reliability and security of its data center operations?

Sergei Shurshalin replied, “Reliability and security are our top priorities. We have a multi-layered security system that includes 24/7 video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection sensors. To prevent downtime, we have dual power supply sources from high-voltage city substations, backed by two diesel generators with a 12-hour fuel reserve. Additionally, our UPS systems provide an extra 10 minutes of autonomous power, ensuring seamless transitions during power disruptions. Cooling is another crucial factor—we use N+1 redundant air conditioning systems to maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels. Our technical support team is available 24/7 to monitor and resolve any potential issues before they impact operations. Furthermore, we offer remote access solutions like IP-KVM, allowing clients to manage their infrastructure securely from anywhere. Every aspect of our operations is designed to provide continuous, secure, and high-performance service, making Datatime a trusted partner in data center solutions.”

The Future of Data Centers

The Worlds Times: How do you see data center technology evolving in the next few years?

Sergei Shurshalin replied, “The future of data centers is being shaped by automation, artificial intelligence, and sustainability. Businesses today demand faster, more efficient and eco-friendly infrastructure, pushing the industry towards modular and edge data centers. These solutions reduce latency by bringing computing power closer to users. Additionally, AI-powered monitoring is becoming essential for optimizing performance, predicting failures, and improving energy efficiency. Renewable energy integration is also a major trend, with data centers adopting solar, wind, and other sustainable power sources to reduce carbon footprints. At Datatime, we continuously explore these advancements to stay at the forefront of innovation. Our goal is to offer energy-efficient, AI-driven solutions that enhance reliability while minimizing environmental impact. The industry is evolving rapidly, and those who adapt to these trends will lead the way in the future of digital infrastructure.”

Migrating to a Data Center

Lastly we asked, “What advice would you give to companies planning to build or migrate to a data center?”

Choosing the right data center infrastructure is critical for business continuity and growth. The first step is to define your needs—consider scalability, security, compliance, and future expansion. Many businesses underestimate the importance of redundancy in power and cooling, which are essential for ensuring uptime. It’s also crucial to work with a provider that offers 24/7 monitoring and technical support to address issues proactively. Security should never be compromised; a robust system with access controls, video surveillance, and intrusion detection is a must. If considering cloud solutions, businesses should ensure they have a migration strategy that minimizes downtime and maximizes efficiency. At Datatime, we help businesses navigate this complex process by offering tailored solutions, from colocation to cloud services. Our goal is to provide infrastructure that is not only reliable but also adaptable to the fast-changing digital landscape. A well-planned data strategy today ensures long-term success.” Sergei Shurshalin Concluded
