Former UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya will fight Nassourdine Imavov in the main event of UFC Saudi Arabia on Saturday in Riyadh. But some of Adesanya’s fans on X are worried after a post he made on Thursday night.
One fan said: “Please don’t. The next event is bad, we’re excited for this fight night.”
Another fan wrote: “Izzy, noooooooo.”
The former champion likes to joke around, and it’s worth mentioning that two minutes later, he responded to a post from Marvel Updates asking if Jonathan Majors should get another chance as Kang.
Adesanya doesn’t seem very stressed about it, but you never know. Just so you know, Adesanya not only wants to see Majors return as Kang, but also hopes he plays his good friend, Francis Ngannou, in a movie about Ngannou’s life. Ngannou is a former UFC champion and now fights in the PFL Super Fights heavyweight division.
That movie could be amazing, but who is playing Dana White? Anyway,
The weigh-ins are coming soon. The event will start on Saturday at 9 a.m. ET. The ceremonial weigh-ins will be at 9 a.m. ET on Friday. This means Adesanya and the others should be close to reaching their required weight.
