The Chief Justice also claimed that the committee has said that the Indian federal government is not working together.
The High court is scrutinising a record submitted by a committee it set up on the problem.
The top court claimed the record is submitted in three parts – 2 reports of the technological committee and also one report of the looking after board by a retired judge of the High court, Justice Recreational Vehicle Raveendran.
One part of the record will certainly be revealed on the High court’s web site, it stated. “We will be making the third component of the record by Justice Raveendran on suggestions public on our website,” the CJI claimed, including that the committee has asked not to publish the complete report in the general public domain name.
A few of the petitioners looked for a copy of the initial two parts of the record. The CJI claimed the court will check out the need.
“We don’t intend to make any more remarks without going through the total report,” Justice Ramana claimed.
