A guy has been arrested after heckling Royal prince Andrew during the procession for Queen Elizabeth’s coffin.
According to a video clip going viral on the internet, all the Queen’s youngsters, consisting of the King, were walking behind her casket when the guy screamed “Andrew, you’re an unwell old male”. Another video clip on Twitter showed the guy being pulled to the flooring by a law enforcement agent. He was heard shouting “revolting” while being led away by a police. A third video showed the male sitting handcuffed as well as flanked by 2 law enforcement agents.
Based on the outlet, a Police Scotland agent confirmed the male’s arrest. In a statement, the police officer mentioned, “A 22-year-old guy was jailed about a breach of the tranquility on the Royal Mile around 2.50 pm on Monday, 12 September 2022.”
Violation of the tranquility, also referred to as interrupting the peace, is a type of disorderly conduct, which can be culpable by as long as one year in prison and/or a fine of up to 5,000 pounds in Scotland.
