The vocalist supposedly dropped the stairways at the hotel where he was remaining after the concert in Kolkata’s Nazrul Mancha auditorium. He was rushed to city’s CMRI hospitalbut medical professionals declared him brought dead.
Residence Priest Amit Shah stated the vocalist’s fatality was a “significant loss to Indian songs”.
