Ukraine on Wednesday suggested to hold a “unique round” of settlements with Russia in the besieged city of Mariupol, a top Kyiv authorities claimed.
” Yes. With no problems. We prepare to hold a ‘unique round of settlements’ right in Mariupol,” top Ukraine arbitrator as well as governmental assistant Mykhailo Podolyak said on Twitter.
