  • Jey Uso challenged GUNTHER for a match at WrestleMania 41.

GUNTHER attacked Jey Uso in the middle of his “Yeet” chant and beat him up badly. Even though Jey was hurt, he found the strength to challenge GUNTHER to a match at WrestleMania, and the crowd loved it.

Angry, GUNTHER came back to the ring to attack Jey again, but Jey fought back. He jumped over the top rope, landing on GUNTHER and the security team. It’s only February, but GUNTHER vs. Jey Uso is already the most exciting WrestleMania rivalry.

Damage CTRL Defeats Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez

Iyo Sky warned Rhea Ripley backstage after Ripley caused her to lose the Elimination Chamber Qualifier last week. Sky said, “I’m coming for you.”

During the match, Iyo Sky took a big top-rope Codebreaker from Liv Morgan, almost losing. The crowd got really excited at this moment.

The match was intense and exciting, with lots of close calls. At one point, Liv Morgan started bleeding from a real hit.

Iyo Sky won the match by hitting Liv Morgan with an Over-the-Moonsault.

Damage CTRL vs. Liv and Raquel – Grade: A-

Bayley defeated Lyra Valkyria

During Bayley’s entrance in the Bay Area, George Kittle was seen in the crowd. He had changed his shirt from a Penta shirt to a John Cena shirt.

More fans shouted “woo!” as Lyra Valkyria entered.

There were some weak “let’s go” chants for both Bayley and Valkyria. In the end, fans supported Bayley, but the crowd wasn’t very excited about the match.

Bayley won with a rollup and showed respect to Valkyria after the match.

Bayley vs. Lyra Valkyria: Grade: B-

Bayley faced Lyra Valkyria in a solid match, earning a B- grade.

AJ Styles Fights Dominik Mysterio

Commentator Michael Cole mentioned that AJ Styles has wrestled over 100 matches in Nashville, Tennessee. This was a reference to his time in TNA, where he was a two-time champion.

Fans cheered “Welcome back” as Styles spoke about his recovery from injury. Last week, Charlotte Flair was booed in a similar situation, so she must have been upset by the difference.

Styles insulted Dominik Mysterio—who was heavily booed—by calling him Rey Mysterio’s spoiled kid. Although Styles was dressed for a match, he wasn’t scheduled to fight. Instead, he brawled with Mysterio and Carlito.

AJ Styles vs. Dominik Mysterio Segment: Grade: B-

Seth Rollins and Finn Balor Face Off

Seth Rollins said that since Jey Uso challenged GUNTHER, the winner of the Elimination Chamber will face Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania.

Finn Balor interrupted and said Seth was falling apart. He also said he had unfinished business with Cody Rhodes. Seth replied by warning Finn that he wouldn’t be able to stand after next week.

Segment Rating: C+

The Viking Raiders vs. The Creed Brothers (Ends in DQ)

This match should have had more buildup instead of just a short video earlier in the night.

Chad Gable is still on his “retreat” to learn the secrets of Luchadors. Before leaving, he told The Creed Brothers to win the Tag Team Titles and Ivy Nile to win the Intercontinental Title. If they fail, WWE might hint at another team breaking up.

Michael Cole shared a story about Brutus Creed breaking a microwave door handle as a kid. It sounded more like a joke than a real story.

The Viking Raiders won by disqualification, so this rivalry will continue. It might end with Chad Gable’s prediction coming true.

Match Rating: B-

CM Punk vs. Logan Paul (War of Words)

CM Punk was unhappy that John Cena got into the Elimination Chamber match without earning it. Fans agreed with Punk. He also accused Drew McIntyre of avoiding him and could barely say Seth Rollins’ name without cringing.

Paul interrupted Logan Paul’s entrance, which had (terrible) new music. CM Punk admitted, “I didn’t even know whose music this was.”

A CM Punk vs. Logan Paul match at WrestleMania is still a possibility. Their promos would be exciting. During Paul’s entrance, Cole took a shot at Canelo Alvarez, saying the Paul brothers don’t avoid fights.

Paul said eliminating Punk was the best 15 minutes of Punk’s entire career.

CM Punk-Logan Paul Segment Grade: B

Logan Paul beat Rey Mysterio

CM Punk compared Paul to Dominik Mysterio and said he forgot Paul even had a match.

This was their first match since they fought for the United States Championship in Saudi Arabia in 2023.

Pat McAfee said Paul was learning wrestling quickly, but Paul and Mysterio messed up a move early. The crowd started chanting, “Logan sucks!”

Paul won with a Titanium Punch and a Paulverizer.

After the match, The New Day attacked Rey Mysterio as Raw ended.
